2 Weeks, 8lbs and 1 Step at a Time

Sometimes what we perceive as a giant failure or back-step turns out to be a blessing in disguise.  With all the massive changes  in my life over the last 2 months, I've been unknowingly given the blessing and opportunity to find my way back to.... myself.  The "cursed" year of 27 is almost over and I'm ready to fill 28 with all kinds of life.  This is the year I better myself and I'm starting with weight loss.  This weeks goal...at least 5 days at the gym, 1500 calories per day and a 2lb weight loss.  Here we go!
